which execute the ratifications of the Board of Directors.
The Azarbaijan lawyers’ institute has measured to
publish some publications & the law collections
so as to cultural advancement of members & the
lawyers society. It may be in your interest that the
first issue has been printed on Feb.20th,
1958.
he chairmanship of the lawyers’ institute is in charge of the
institute’s management, & from a formal point they are of
the same rank to the public prosecutor in the Head Office, &
of the same rank to the public prosecutor in province.
he lawyers’ institute’s tasks with description of the
institute’s liberty paper as follows:

To donate the proxy permit to the accepted graduates from the
institute’s exams & the legal qualified people.

To manage the proxy affairs & supervising the lawyers’
actions.

To investigate the lawyers’ infractions.
- The legal assistance.
- To provide the practical & scientific possibilities for
the lawyers’ improvement.

ow, the Azarbaijan lawyers’ institute measures to hold the
annual exam so as to employ some people in B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree of
the Law, Religious Jurisprudence, & the Islamic Law Bases.
These accepted individuals would assume the proxy license after
18 months training near one of the qualified lawyers. In
addition, the other qualified judges & individuals are able
to request the proxy permit from the lawyers’ institute.
